Spicy Sriracha Cauliflower Bites


I love making this for a appetiser for Football games, Thanksgiving and the Super Bowl. My family loves this and it is super healthy and delicious. Spicy Sriracha Cauliflower Bites Ingredients:

  • 8 cups of cauliflower florets

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce

  • Extra virgin oil

  • Juice of one fresh lemon

  • 1 tsp dried Basil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method: Preheat oven to 450F. In a bowl, toss cauliflower, salt and pepper and extra virgin oil. Mix well together. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 25 – 30 Minutes until soft and brown.

Combine Sriracha sauce, dash of lemon juice, dried basil and virgin oil in a bowl, mix well.

Dip cauliflower florets in mix, transfer to baking sheet and bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve with a sauce of your choice.
